We accept selected commercial insurance plans and offer out-of-network options (superbills). For uninsured or underinsured clients, we offer sliding-scale rates and affordable self-pay options so that care remains accessible.

Getting started is simple:
Contact us by phone, email, or our online consultation form.
Our team will verify your insurance or discuss self-pay options.
We will complete your intake form and match you with a bilingual therapist who fits your schedule and care needs.
